A FINER SPECIMEN OF CONTAINER Our Histoware™ line features 7ml, 20ml, 30ml, and 60ml capacity screwcap vials-prefilled with 10% buffered formalin and also available empty or in bulk OEM orders. Each size of prefilled vials contains half the nominal capacity of preservative. No other containers can match Histoware's clarity and tensile strength for ease of use and safety. The combination of our special processing trays and the widemouth vial openings permits easy loading of biopsy tissues and histological samples in operating rooms and quick access to specimens in the pathology lab.

HANDY PROCESSING TRAYS-7ML

Prefilled 7ml vials come with one 100-count foam tray. Acrylic racks are also available for our 7ml vials.

HANDY PROCESSING TRAYS-20ML AND 23 ML

Our 20ml and 30ml prefilled vials include two hard plastic processing trays per case. Our specially designed 20-position tray helps eliminate accidental knockovers and expedites processing. The vial has an octagonal-shaped base which locks into the alpha-numerically labeled tray. This allows for easy one-handed capping and uncapping. Additional processing trays are available separately in green and yellow.

Unlike polystyrene containers, Histoware™ vials are completely shatterproof if accidentally dropped. Our new formulation of poypropylene makes Histoware™ vials nearly transparent and virtually unbreakable.

PUT A LID ON LEAKS ONCE AND FOR ALL

Evergreen's polyethylene screwcaps have molded-in sealing rings for virtually leakproof seals. Our quality control protocol includes vacuum chamber testing to ensure that these caps close tightly every time.
